We are happy to customize your dirt and dust removal experience however you would prefer. We offer hourly rates, basic cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, spring cleaning, other seasonal cleaning, commercial cleaning, and anything in between. For those customers who are more budget conscious, the hourly rates option is generally the preferred choice, and we will do our best to complete the customized duties you request within the allotted time. Understand that the ability to finish the job will depend on the amount of time requested, the scope of the job request, and the condition of the areas being requested to receive special attention. Our professional cleaner will be able to inform you right away if there will be any potential issues with the completion of your request. On top of the various packages that we offer, we are more than happy to oblige if you sign up for us to come for a one-time request, or you want us to come by monthly, bi-weekly, or even weekly. The more frequent the recurrence, the higher the discount we can offer! We won’t pressure you into anything that you don’t want to do, but we will let you know what options are available to you.
Our basic cleaning consists of a house cleaning checklist which we have found most homeowners prefer. These basic package consists of:
The deep cleaning option includes everything in the basic package, but also adding in baseboards, door frames and doors wiped, banisters and handrails wiped, couches and cushions vacuumed, vents dusted, cabinet fronts wiped, stove burners and knobs wiped, top of refrigerator wiped, between washer and dryer cleaned, and shower heads cleaned.
Our most in-depth option is our move in/out cleaning option. This option includes everything in the deep cleaning package, and adding pantry shelves wiped, medicine cabinets wiped, closet shelves wiped, inside drawers and cabinets wiped, and garage swept.
Other services are available for an additional fee. Those are all of the following, but not limited to inside major appliances, baseboards and vents wet wiped, and blinds and ceiling fans wet wiped.

- Bedroom – Beds made and ceiling fans dusted (in addition to “all areas”)
- Kitchen – Table and chairs wiped, area under small appliances, inside microwave, appliance surfaces wiped, and sink and faucets disinfected. (in addition to “all areas”)
- Bathrooms – sinks and faucets disinfected, showers and tubs disinfected, toilets disinfected inside and out, and mirrors wiped. (in addition to “all areas”)
